What if we could have fun, enjoy awesome Central Oregon beer and food, and raise money for deserving individuals? We think we can!
Thanks to our generous sponsors, your $75 will help cover:
A pub crawl with free beer samples from local breweries
A catered tri-trip and chicken dinner cooked on-site (Vegetarian options will be available)
A donation to the Scholarship Fund (approximately $25 of the $75 fee will go towards the fund)
Hosted bar
A private tent
Photo booth
Note -> Day of registration cost will be $100, so we encourage you to register ahead of time.
Schedule - Saturday, June 1st, 2019 (21+ only)
PUB CRAWL WILL TAKE PLACE DOWNTOWN. LOCATION FOR PRIVATE TENT IS DESCHUTES HISTORICAL MUSEUM (129 NW Idaho Ave, Bend, OR 97701). TENT WILL BE LOCATED IN THE PARKING LOT ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
2:30pm – 3:30pm - '99 Class members and significant others and friends check in at tent at the Deschutes Historical Museum to commence the Pub Crawl at 3:30pm.
3:30pm – 5:30pm - Walk the Pub Crawl together and enjoy free samples of beer from local craft breweries.
5:30pm - 7pm - Dinner hosted in a private tent with a steak and chicken BBQ cooked on-site by Cody’s Catering (Cody Serbus - MVHS 2000). Vegetarian options will be available.
7pm – 9:30pm - Continue the party with music and hosted bar
Family Picnics - Sunday, June 2nd, 2019
Both schools will be hosting informal get-togethers on Sunday so you can bring the family and mingle one more time before heading out of town.
Mt. View - GoodLife Brewing Company Biergarten - 12pm-2pm (there will be a couple food trucks on-site)
Bend High - Crux Fermentation Project - 12pm-2pm
The Scholarship Fund
All proceeds from the evening, as well as any sponsorships generated from our classmates will go toward our goal of raising $10,000+ for deserving individuals.
As some of you may know, Jenny Shores Cashwell, a ’99 graduate from Mountain View was killed on January 12th in Bend, OR. She leaves behind two daughters, ages 8 and 11. The MVHS class of ’99 will be donating their half of the funds to her daughters. The scholarship committee for the Bend High class of ’99 alumni will be selecting deserving high school students to receive the scholarship funds.
